Raised after the Year of Ash
Ravenhold was cut from the ridge when the lower towns burned. The first lord kept a black bird on a gold field; the second married the western seal and split the banner. The keep still answers to both marks.
The outer wall is older than the hall. The hall is older than the chapel. The chapel is a converted store — which the chaplain denies and the steward quietly confirms. Winter stores sit under the east tower. The well in the yard has never run dry in living memory.
This site is the public face of that house: a castle landing, a written history, a gallery of the yard and the armory, a shop that shows wares without taking coin, and a petition that rides by PHP to the steward’s desk.
Use it for a LARP company, a novel, a tabletop campaign, or a hall that wants to look like it remembers the fourteenth century.
